Listen to the passage of time in the ancient lanes, where only the chirping of birds and the scent of flowers can be heard. Who has come and gone? The banyan tree at the entrance of the village keeps a long record. Doumen Paishan Village has been established since the Qing Qian era and has a history of over 240 years. It is the most intact ancient village in Zhuhai City today. Rammed earth walls, that is, traditional craft rammed earth walls mixed with glutinous rice paste and brown sugar syrup. The rammed earth houses in Paishan Village are mostly tile-wood structures, decorated with wood carvings and stone engravings, and have typical characteristics of Lingnan rural houses.
