How can you not go to the beach for seafood in summer? The main purpose of the Zhoushan trip is to visit Putuo Mountain, but the first thing to do after arriving in Zhoushan is to go to Shenjiamen Fishing Port for a seafood meal. Shenjiamen Fishing Port, located on the southeast side of the Zhoushan Archipelago, is a natural shelter port and the largest natural fishing port in China, and one of the three largest fishing ports in the world. Shenjiamen had already formed a bustling market in the mid-Qing Dynasty. Nowadays, during the fishing season every year, the magnificent scene of thousands of boats returning to the port always attracts seafood lovers. Naturally, the fishing port is not without seafood stalls. Every night, the seafood night stalls along the port become bustling and lively. Arriving at noon to eat seafood, I chose a place to taste an authentic fishing port delicacy. After all, it is fresh, and any casual order of common seafood varieties is delicious and tasty. Shenjiamen's seafood fishing port has become a local tourist attraction, with a noticeable scale, so the price and taste should be similar no matter where you choose, just go with your gut feeling. However, it is more recommended to come at night, as sitting outdoors, enjoying the sea breeze, drinking some wine, and feasting on seafood is such a pleasant summer experience.
