Zhongwei Homestay | The Moroccan version of China, the great joy of the Yellow River lodging collection

🏜️ The Moroccan version of China's Zhongwei, a super niche tourist destination, where you can take desert blockbuster photos without leaving the country. Make the most of the summer time. Embark on an impromptu desert homestay journey. Located in Zhongwei, Ningxia, adjacent to the Tengger Desert, with the Yellow River's fruit orchards and oasis gobi, it's interesting that the Yellow River makes a big 270-degree turn here. This area is home to five homestays of the Yellow River lodging collection, namely Xuli/The Great Joy of the Wild/Feicuiji/Nan'an/Xipo, which are also the filming locations for the beloved TV show 'Inn'. It's a little over a 2-hour drive from Yinchuan to the Yellow River lodging collection, where I stayed at The Great Joy of the Wild and Nan'an. The homestay experience was quite nice, with a bonfire dinner available in the evening, which needs to be booked in advance with the housekeeper. Since it was a holiday, I booked with the housekeeper ten days in advance. I didn't manage to book the famous afternoon tea at Nan'an. What I liked even more is that there are art galleries, bookstores, coffee shops, etc., especially the bookstores, as I like to buy books from different places.
