Le Méridien Zhengzhou: An Unforgettable Holiday Stay During the Qingming Festival, I chose to stay at Le Méridien Zhengzhou, which added a unique touch to my trip. The hotel is in a prime location, at the Dongshilipu transfer station, with a subway entrance right at the door. It is only six stops to Erqi Square and a line change to Zhengzhou East Railway Station. The surrounding area is equipped with commercial centers, making shopping and leisure very convenient. As a Marriott Platinum member, although the suites were fully booked during the Qingming Festival, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded me to an executive twin room. The room design is unique, with a lot of black and white contrast and a Japanese style. The floor-to-ceiling glass behind the bed, paired with a white and spacious bathtub, is both stylish and comfortable, living up to its reputation as a "battlefield." Unfortunately, due to a tight schedule, I was unable to experience the executive lounge. However, the hotel breakfast was a bit disappointing, with about a third less dishes compared to the Hilton Zhengzhou, and not much local specialty food. However, the hotel is definitely a "king" in terms of photography. The public area on the first floor, the study view, and the coffee bar are all popular check-in spots, and you can take photos even if you are not staying at the hotel. The elevator shaft, corridor, and other corners are all great for taking photos, easily satisfying the "check-in" needs. To my surprise, there was a small card holder in the room, containing two tickets to the Henan Art Center and two free cappuccino vouchers for the coffee bar on the first floor. Enjoying a cup of aromatic coffee in the North Latitude 34°C coffee bar and experiencing the pleasant environment added a lot to the stay experience. Le Méridien Zhengzhou, with its superior location, unique room design, rich photo scenes, and thoughtful surprises, gave me an unforgettable stay. I would choose to stay here again next time I visit Zhengzhou.
