IHG's high-end hotel InterContinental Zhengzhou Dennis Square is located on the 7th to 26th floors on the north side of David City, with a total of 268 rooms. The first floor is the arrival floor and is directly connected to the City of David. The hotel lobby and restaurant are on the seventh floor, the banquet hall and conference room are on the eighth floor, the gym and swimming pool are on the ninth floor, and the remaining floors are guest rooms. The executive lounge is on the twenty-sixth floor. As the first InterContinental Hotel in the Central Plains, the hotel's interior decoration design incorporates many Central Plains cultural elements. The layout design of the breakfast restaurant is inspired by the Shangqiu Temple Fair and has multiple food pick-up counters. The opening of David City Park Lane at the beginning of this year has provided direct access to the hotel and People's Park. The rooms on the north side of the hotel offer views of the park's greenery and lake. With the rich high-end luxury brand advantages after the upgrading of David City, the Dennis Plaza InterContinental Hotel will form more connections and interactions with David City in the future. As there has been no high-end luxury hotel in Zhengzhou for eight years, the InterContinental Zhengzhou Dennis Square will surely bring new vitality to the Zhengzhou market.
