Rongguo Mansion in Sighing over the Red Mansions (Part One)

This is one of the filming locations of the 1987 version of Dream of the Red Chamber - Rongguo Mansion in Zhengding, Hebei. When you come to Zhengding, this scenic spot is a must-see. The ticket is a bit pricey at 40 yuan, which is quite expensive for someone like me who is used to spending only two yuan to visit the Ditan Park in Beijing. But... since I'm here , the area of this place is actually not small, and it takes about one or two hours to walk around the whole place. Inside, it introduces many plots from the TV series of Dream of the Red Chamber, corresponding character stories, etc. I arrived a bit late, and there are many begonias and peonies in this courtyard, but unfortunately, they are already past their blooming season. However, it's also good to not come during the holidays, as there are relatively fewer tourists, and you don't have to jostle with others for photos. Since it's not an ancient relic, the commercial atmosphere inside is quite strong, and you can see various tourist shops within a few steps. The items inside are up to personal preference, if you like something, just pick two or three items.
