Zhanjiang is back, and it's not what I imagined

Guys, I was really surprised by my trip to Zhanjiang this time 😎! I want to share my travel experience with you~ 1. Location and transportation I chose to take the high-speed train 🚄 to Zhanjiang this time. After arriving at Zhanjiang West Railway Station, I saw the bus stop right after I left the station. There are many buses that go directly to the city center. I took a special line bus and went directly to the hotel in Xiashan, which was very convenient. Of course, you can also take a taxi, which is also reasonably priced. 2. Travel itinerary Day 1️⃣: Xiashan Seaside Promenade - Seaside Park - French Consulate of Guangzhou Bay I arrived at Xiashan in the morning and went to the Seaside Promenade first. I took a walk along the seaside, and the sea breeze was very comfortable. Then I went to Seaside Park, where there are many amusement facilities and you can also see the sea. In the afternoon, I went to the French Consulate of Guangzhou Bay, where the buildings are very unique and perfect for taking photos 📸. Day 2️⃣: Huguangyan - Jinlu Park I took a bus to Huguangyan in the morning. The scenery of Huguangyan is really beautiful, and the lake is crystal clear. I took a walk by the lake and breathed in the fresh air, which made me feel relaxed. In the afternoon, I went to Jinlu Park, where there are many lovely sika deer, and you can buy carrots to feed them 🥕. Day 3️⃣: Chikan Old Street - Jinshawan Seaside Promenade I went to Chikan Old Street in the morning, where there are many retro buildings and alleys full of life. I had some local snacks on the old street at noon, which were very delicious 👍. In the afternoon, I went to Jinshawan Seaside Promenade, where the beach is very clean and you can see many people flying kites by the sea 🪁. 3. Must-try local food 1️⃣ White cut chicken: The skin is yellow and the meat is white, tender and delicious, and full of happiness in every bite. 2️⃣ Sandworm: Delicious and nutritious, a specialty of Zhanjiang. 3️⃣ Charcoal-grilled oysters: Fresh oysters are grilled until sizzling, and topped with minced garlic and chopped green onions, which is simply amazing 😋. 4️⃣ Shrimp cake: Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with delicious shrimp meat, which is very tasty. 5️⃣ Rice noodle roll: Smooth and tender, served with sauce and vegetables, which is very delicious. 6️⃣ Beef offal: The beef offal is well-cooked, and served with chili and cilantro, which is simply delicious 🥰. 4. Must-visit attractions 1️⃣ Huguangyan: A world geological park with beautiful scenery and clear lake water, which is a natural oxygen bar. 2️⃣ French Consulate of Guangzhou Bay: A historic building full of exoticism. 3️⃣ Chikan Old Street: Full of retro vibes, with many specialty shops and delicious food. 4️⃣ Jinshawan Seaside Promenade: The beach is clean and the sea is clear, which is a good place for a leisurely walk. 5️⃣ Seaside Park: There are many amusement facilities and sea views, which are suitable for family trips. 6️⃣ Sino-Australian Friendship Garden: Beautiful scenery with many flowers and green plants. 7️⃣ Techeng Island: There are many beaches and hot springs on the island, and you can also see beautiful sunrises and sunsets 🌅. 5. Recommended accommodation I stayed at a hotel in Xiashan, which was very cost-effective. The hotel is very close to the seaside, and you can walk to the Seaside Promenade in a few minutes. The room is clean and tidy, and the service is also very thoughtful. I recommend you choose a hotel nearby, which is convenient for travel and you can also enjoy the beautiful sea view 🌊. 6. Summary I really enjoyed my trip to Zhanjiang this time! I not only saw beautiful scenery but also tasted a lot of delicious food.
