Pillars' Forest - The Amazing Nature

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park became China's first national park in 1982. This park which was later known as Avatar Hallelujah Mountain is a park of quartz-sandstone pillars. The pillars are from the natural process of the changing weather. By riding the Bailong elevator which literally means a hundred dragons elevator, we can see this breathtaking view of the park. These 3 elevators that run parallelly offer sightseeing for visitors. The elevator itself is 326m and became the world's tallest outdoor lift when it was opened to the public in 2002. It can carry around 60 people at a time.
