Heaven's gate

It is seemingly almost every tourist attraction in China has a historic 🎎 incidence or belief attached to it. One such is this Heaven's gate (literal translation of 天门山), where you can see a hole door-like 🚪 whole that paves the way to heaven. It's naturally formed and provides a gateway to connect two different peaks. Near to this scenic area, also there is 99 bends road which adding another 9 lead to 999 which is considered lucky 🍀 during Taoist times. To complete this scenic area, you have to mix it up with cable car ride and hiking 🥾 involved; otherwise you'll be too tired to enjoy the view. The hike to the Heaven's gate takes about 30 minutes, a steep one, but totally worth it and you're walking in the Stairways to Heaven🧧 so you better do it though haha. #chinatravel #hikefreak #summervacation#hikingtrails
