Zagreb Botanical Gardens

One place that should not be missed in Zagreb are the Botanical Gardens. these gardens have been around since the mid 19th century and are still thriving today. This place is smack in the middle of Zagreb right next to the Esplenada Hotel and a 5 minute walk from the grand central train station. It’s crazy to think that next to a busy street and a railway there is a small little forest nestled between the busy intersections. but the best thing about this place is that is it sunken into the ground a-little which blocks all the sounds of life outside. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. The pond and the red bridge to the east of the botanical gardens are a great place to take pictures. #urbanexplorer #fallingforfall
