The King Gesar Square is located about 50 meters east of the intersection of Jiegu Avenue and Gesar Road, Yushu City, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province.  Basic Information - Investment and Area: The total investment is CNY 18,526,300, and the total area is 600 square meters. It was completed in July 2007. - Location and Surroundings: It is adjacent to Shengli Road, the main road in Jiegu Town, in the west, Zaxike Road, the secondary road in the city, in the south, Batang River in the east, and Zaxike River in the north. There is Kangba Style Street and many specialty snack bars nearby. Main Attractions - King Gesar Statue: A 21-meter-high King Gesar statue made of brass stands in the center of the square, which is very magnificent. - Buildings and Facilities: There are flagpoles, Jiulong Hall, eight totem poles, sunken squares, and other buildings.
