Yulong Snow Mountain Early December Live Report and Travel Route

December 5th, a very tight travel route, visiting Spruce Meadow, Blue Moon Valley, and the Great Cableway all in one day. p1 Arrived at Ganhaizi, 7:41 sharp, finished the Golden Sunlight on the Snow at 7:55. Then headed to the visitor center to take the bus to the Spruce Meadow cableway. p2-4 There is a small viewing platform on the Spruce Meadow uphill cableway, very beautiful. Next to the platform is a snack shop, grilled hot dogs are 10 yuan each. p5-7 Then passed through a forest to Spruce Meadow. There is a boardwalk circling Spruce Meadow, but we didn’t walk the entire loop. We took some photos nearby, rested to recharge, then retreated. p8-10 After getting off the Spruce Meadow downhill cableway, we didn’t take a vehicle but walked to Blue Moon Valley. Walking and stopping along the way, we roughly finished viewing Blue Moon Valley, including some nice lesser-known photo spots. Finally, we took the bus from Shuiyue Pavilion back to the visitor center. After lunch at the visitor center, we rested a bit (there are massage chairs to lie down), then gathered strength to head to the Great Cableway. Queued and checked tickets for the Great Cableway; it was already 13:00. On the bus to the Great Cableway, I drank a bottle of high-altitude energy drink (although I hadn’t used oxygen or had altitude sickness before, it’s still respectful to prepare for the Great Cableway). p11-15 Took the Great Cableway and reached the summit. I started using oxygen on the cableway to help my body adjust. Walking and stopping intermittently, taking photos during breaks, reached the summit at 4680 meters at 15:00. The sun was strong at the top, noticeably warm, but the wind was very cold, so keep your head warm. Finally returned to the hotel, mission accomplished.
