The staff are all very warm and friendly, especially the hotel's President Yang, who is very easy-going and friendly. The evening bonfire party is a great way to digest the food! The room's toiletries are all from L'Occitane, instantly elevating the level of luxury. For those who like hiking, make a reservation in advance, and the gardener from the hotel is a great guide. Staying at the Villa, you feel the warmth of home!
