The Birch Tower is 7 stories high and has a red body, with Chinese architectural features. The lowest level of the Aviary is an open-air aviary with an area of ​​85 square meters. It opened on July 18, 1991[1]. It is planted with a variety of plant species to simulate a jungle environment and is home to more than a hundred birds. The upper floors of the tower allow visitors to enjoy the view of Yuen Long New Town, and overlook Ping Shan, Ha Tsuen, Shap Pa Heung and Tin Shui Wai New Town.
