Great Northwest Ancient Cake

I went to a bar and restaurant with friends on Youxin Street. It was still early, so we could buy some snacks for the family. The store is frequented by many neighbors, and even friends have bought from it before. There are many flavors to choose from. There happened to be five flavors today, and I finally chose my family’s favorite coconut flavor. When cut, the texture is soft and moist, and it is quite elastic and has a floury aroma when eaten. Two-color green +$10 Half is original flavor, half is matcha flavor. It's just right for me to try the two flavors of the store. The original flavor has a stronger egg flavor, while the matcha flavor has a calm tea flavor without bitterness.
