Getting There - Navigation: Azheke Natural Ecological Village - Transportation: - From Kunming: About 5 hours by car. We recommend taking the Kunming-Mohan Expressway and Yongjin Expressway, which are in good condition. We don't recommend taking the Chengyuan Expressway and National Highway 245, as the latter half of the route is mostly winding mountain roads, which are often foggy during the rainy season and require good driving skills. - Parking: There is a small parking lot at the village entrance with about 20 free parking spaces. If you arrive late, you can only park outside the village and walk in. 2. Tickets and Walking in the Village - Ticket price: CNY 30 per person. Free for seniors over 70, military personnel, people with disabilities, journalists, tour guides, drivers' companions, and children under 6 (under 1.2m). - Walking: Driving is not allowed in Azheke Village, so you need to walk the whole way. The roads are mostly stone-paved, and the ground is slippery in the heavy fog of autumn and winter, so we recommend wearing non-slip shoes. 3. Food Recommendations - Best in the village: Hongdao Farmhouse, which offers authentic flavors and great value. Five meat dishes, five vegetable dishes, and one soup cost just over CNY 100 per person, and the food is delicious and worth the price. - With accommodation: Breakfast at the Yunshang Terrace Hotel is average, but you can book a barbecue set in advance and enjoy a special barbecue by the bonfire. 5.
