Celebrating the birthday of my special ones at 1-starred Michelin SOUL,

#koreatrip With the new list of Michelin starred rated restaurant list, SOUL adds himself under the new list of the prestigious connoisseur list of restaurants in Seoul. We have decided to celebrate the birthday of my special one in this restaurant, and we were fortunate enough to secure a place for two. This restaurant prides herself with an open style concept kitchen which guests will be able to have a full view of their meals prepared. The lunch course features a 9 course menu, starting from appertizers, soups, side dishes, main course, desserts etc. The restaurant manager will explain each dishes in detailed and the way dishes were prepared. The specialty of this restaurant is that they specializes in preparing Korean dishes using contemporary modern style method, and blending the traditional elements together. We especially loves the soup, potato pancake and the main course. This 2 hour meal is an excellent experience for us. The cost for the original course is KRW 140,000 but we upgraded 1 of our course with steak, by adding a KRW 30,000 on our bill. We were very satisfied and will visit again.
