Autumn in Yixing｜A Bamboo Sea Family Escape Trip for Ultimate Relaxation

After being used to special forces-style travel, suddenly slowing down to start an autumn family vacation with my loved ones was truly touching TT! Last weekend the weather was clear and sunny ☀️. We drove 🚗 with the kids and family to Yixing and began our escape and relaxation journey at Yuzizai Hotel 🏨 near the Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, feeling overwhelmingly happy! 🌟 About a two-and-a-half-hour drive from Shanghai, the transportation is convenient and stress-free for traveling with kids. The guesthouse is hidden beside the Yixing Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, where the golden and green autumn colors intertwine beautifully. The scenery is stunning, the air is fresh, and the negative ion content is very high, allowing both adults and children to escape the city noise and embrace nature. The hotel offers a variety of family-friendly activities, including a cute snack cart and fun baking and crafting experiences. Nearby, there is also a picking garden where kids can enjoy the fun of harvesting. It lets children play freely while occasionally keeping busy, perfectly balancing activity and rest! 🌟 We spent a long time in the courtyard 🏡 thatched cottage, designed in Song Dynasty style with a naturally rustic and elegant atmosphere that harmonizes with the autumn scenery. Enjoying the gentle autumn breeze, sipping a pot of jasmine tea paired with exquisite pastries, playing simple games with the kids ✌️, laughter and joy filled the air, warm and cozy. At night, we booked the private hot spring bath on the loft’s second floor at the front desk. Soaking in the warm blue-toned hot spring ♨️ with the kids relieved the day’s fatigue and brought a night of comfortable sleep~ By the way! The hotel’s breakfast and dinner are both exquisite 🥣, with a wide variety of dishes that are nutritious and balanced. There are plenty of kid-friendly options, offering great value for money, highly recommended 🧱! We arrived at the guesthouse at noon on the first day and really didn’t want to leave. After checkout, we stayed until 4 PM before heading back. The autumn time here is just too beautiful. Next time, we will definitely bring the kids again~
