✨ After coming out from Longhu Mountain in Yingtan, I went back to the downtown area of Yingtan and wandered around until I found this park by the Xin River, with a hip-and-gable style building. 🔻Entering from the main entrance of the park, there are two diverging paths to the left and right. The left is an uphill path towards the Mingsi Pavilion, while the right is a gentle slope leading to the Beiji Pavilion and the old wharf. 🍃 In spring, Yingtan Park is full of greenery. The park has a very relaxed atmosphere, and most of the people coming and going are residents living nearby, engaging in activities like playing chess, playing ball, walking, drinking tea, etc. Slow life, slow pace, is fully displayed here. 🏯 The iconic building in the park, Beiji Pavilion, adopts the style of ancient Ming Dynasty architecture from the southern school. It integrates traditional and modern elements based on the original appearance of Beiji Pavilion. To its east, there is also a 'Liuwang Temple' and an ancient stage, with thriving incense and extraordinary bustle. 💨 The day I went there, Beiji Pavilion seemed not to be open to the public. It is said that when it is open, you can climb the tower to overlook the river, with the distant bridge, green trees, and the sky blending with the river, capturing the beauty of both banks of the Xin River. 🚢 The old wharf was once an important port for shipping through the ages in Yingtan. Now, you can still see many sculptures set up in the park, recreating the scenery of that time.
