The wind blows through the cafe alleys, and everywhere you look, you see pretty signs and windows, and people who capture the lazy afternoon. This time, I'll introduce a leisurely Yeonnam-dong outing course with 'egg tarts' as an excuse. Half a day is enough, but it's a schedule that leaves a lasting impression. ⸻ 🕐 Recommended Schedule 13:00 📍 Walk around Central Park Come out of Hongik Univ. Station Exit 3 and start walking along Central Park. It's a lively alley that's quiet on weekdays and hosts street performances on weekends. As you walk, take a look at the cafes you'll be going to today. 13:30 📍 A bite of egg tart - 'My own tart shop 🍮' There are small bakeries hidden in Yeonam-dong that are famous for their egg tarts. When you take a bite of a warm tart that's crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, the scent of burnt sugar lingers in your mouth. That one piece becomes a trip. 14:00 📍 Cafe time - Time to rest while looking out the window ☕ There are many emotional roastery cafes in Yeonam-dong. There are cafes that welcome you even if you bring an egg tart and order only a drink, so I recommend a quiet window seat with coffee! There are many places where you can take out a book or just sit and listen to music. 15:30 📍 Walking through the alleys of Yeonam-dong Now that you've recharged your sugar with dessert, it's time to explore the alleys! Vintage prop shops, flower shops, and small exhibition spaces are all hidden away. The murals and cats painted along the alleys make today even more special. 16:30 📍 Ending Yeonam-dong - Relaxing on the rooftop or bench When the sun sets, end the day by watching the sunset at a rooftop cafe, or sit on a bench at Yeontral Park and enjoy another ice cream. A short but fulfilling afternoon trip to Yeonam-dong is over!
