Canadian Farm is located in Yatsugatake, Nagano Prefecture. This facility was created by Haseyan, also known as Yutaka Hasegawa, and includes a restaurant, accommodation, athletic facilities, an organic vegetable field, and a ranch. You can experience a simple life of living in harmony with nature. The buildings at Canadian Farm are mainly made from natural and recycled materials, and the warm wooden design of the athletic facilities, hammocks, and trampolines are popular with children. Whenever I go to Canadian Farm, I really lose track of time. I am in nature, tilling the land, growing vegetables, stripping bark for wood to build houses, and cooking and baking cakes. Haseyan cuts and serves homemade bacon made from deer, wild boar, and pork right in front of me. The vegetables are also really fresh and delicious. I go every year, so I have a lot of photos, but all the food is really delicious.
