Here's my check-in experience. Hotel Location and Surroundings The hotel has excellent surrounding amenities, with a supermarket right at the entrance, making shopping very convenient. It's also adjacent to other hotels like Marriott and Hilton, forming a hotel cluster with rich dining and entertainment resources nearby. Additionally, the hotel is close to tourist attractions such as the 37° Dream Water Park, Tianma Pier, Cishan Hot Springs, and Changyu Castel Winery, offering guests more recreational options. Hotel Service The hotel's service is outstanding. Staff call guests the day before check-in to inquire about preferences, which feels very thoughtful. During check-in, the front desk staff are efficient, friendly, and quick to arrange rooms. Throughout the stay, both room service and restaurant staff are responsive and promptly meet guests' needs, delivering the quality and service standards expected of a five-star hotel. Hotel Facilities The hotel's hardware facilities are generally good. Although the hotel has been operating for some time and certain facilities show signs of age—such as worn corridor carpets and bathroom fixtures with signs of wear—the rooms are well-designed with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering unobstructed sea views. The Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience bed is extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also features a modern fitness center, indoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, and spa center, providing guests with a variety of leisure and entertainment options. Dining Experience The hotel has three distinctive restaurants and a bar. Feast Restaurant serves exquisite cuisine from around the world, with a sumptuous buffet featuring open kitchens and a friendly chef team, allowing guests to enjoy an interactive dining experience. Ya Japanese Restaurant uses premium Japanese ingredients to offer various sashimi, sushi, teppanyaki, and other delicacies.
