Dajue Temple Wanshou Pagoda: According to the county annals, it was built in the Tianbao period of the Tang dynasty, and was destroyed in the 28th year of the Jiajing period of the Ming dynasty (1549). Two years later, the county magistrate Li Yuanchun persuaded the people to rebuild it, and two floors were built before construction was stopped due to lack of funds. In the third year of the Longqing period of the Ming dynasty (1569), the county magistrate Chen Yi raised funds to continue the construction, but it was not completed. It was not until the 13th year of the Wanli period (1585) that the county magistrate Zhang Guangyu donated silver to hire craftsmen to complete the top, and cast a copper vase weighing more than 1,000 jin (tower gourd) to be placed on the top of the tower, which was finally completed. The reconstruction of the tower took 36 years, spanning three emperors and 15 county magistrates.
