Miss the fireworks in March ~ Yangzhou food tour

Li Bai's line "Fireworks in March in Yangzhou" has always been on my mind. This was a must-go place during Emperor Qianlong's six trips to the south of the Yangtze River, and it is also the misty Jiangnan described by literati. You must come to Yangzhou once to experience Yangzhou's slow life. The first day~~~ I booked the SSAW Hotel Yangzhou Slender West Lake in advance and went straight to the hotel when I arrived in Yangzhou. The hotel is located in the center of Yangzhou, and parking and transportation are very convenient (the hotel has its own parking lot in this place where every inch of land is valuable). The service was also very good, with free room upgrades and gifts. The room was clean and tidy, and the room service was prompt. The stay experience is quite satisfactory 👍 I went to the Slender West Lake in the afternoon. The Slender West Lake in Yangzhou is one of the representatives of Jiangnan landscape. Du Mu's "Twenty-four Bridges on a Moonlit Night" was written here. You can not only enjoy the natural beauty, but also appreciate the poems, paintings and calligraphy of literati from past dynasties. For dinner, I found a Huaiyang restaurant near the hotel with good reviews. Yangzhou is famous for its exquisite Huaiyang cuisine. When traveling to Yangzhou, don’t miss Yangzhou’s special food. Yangzhou fried rice overturned my perception of Yangzhou fried rice in other places. Was the fried rice I ate before really Yangzhou fried rice? The next day, I got up early to taste the legendary Yangzhou morning tea. Yangzhou morning tea is not just a breakfast, it embodies a lifestyle and cultural heritage, and is the soul of the city of Yangzhou. After breakfast, we went straight to the Grand Canal Museum (remember to make an appointment in advance!~~). Whether it is the magical architecture of the external glass tower or the rich and interesting exhibition halls inside, the Grand Canal Museum is a good place to learn about the history of the Grand Canal and Yangzhou. After two days of traveling, we returned to our warm home.
