Yangzhou is a wonderful place

After nearly half a month of early spring outings in the Jiangnan region, the time has flown by, and the days in Yangzhou are particularly memorable and impressive. Having visited Yangzhou's Slender West Lake, Dongguan Street, Pishi Street, Ge Garden, He Garden, and Yipu, I've come to realize that China's exquisite gardens are not only found in Suzhou; Yangzhou's gardens have their own unique characteristics and charm. They seem to combine the strengths of gardens from both the north and south of China, an impression and feeling that only come after visiting both places in a short period of time. The wonderful scenes and charm can only be truly appreciated firsthand. Yangzhou's 'Three Knives' reflect the level of service industry and the leisurely historical traditions of the area. The delicious salty goose is unforgettable after tasting it, and during my stay in Yangzhou, I found myself craving it almost every day. The unique old goose recipe has a perfect balance of saltiness and a rich fragrance, leaving a lasting impression. A morning stroll on Guandong Old Street, the beauty of the sunset reflecting off the ancient city walls, the spring blossoms at Slender West Lake, the comfort of drinking tea, listening to singing, and watching performances in an old courtyard, and the grandeur and exhibitions of the Grand Canal Museum all make one feel the beauty of 'Yangzhou in blooming March'... Yangzhou is a place you want to visit again after your first visit!
