Travel Guide to Yangyang, Gangwon Province!

Many people visit Gangwon Province during the summer, and here’s a guide for traveling to Yangyang! Food: Seafood and buckwheat noodles (makguksu) are delicious here. For dinner, I recommend enjoying seafood with some drinks. For lunch or a light meal, try pairing buckwheat noodles with boiled pork slices (suyuk). There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and many of them serve excellent food. Activities: If you visit Yangnidan-gil, you’ll find a cluster of attractions nearby. I recommend staying in accommodations around this area. Weather: It’s best to visit in July or August. If you go earlier, it might be too cold or windy, which could make it difficult to fully enjoy your trip. Other: Don’t miss the chance to enjoy fireworks at the beach at night!
