Enjoy your wanderlust! 🇲🇲 📌MINGUN Itinerary: 8:00am - Grab (Thonebane ride) to Mayan Gyan Jetty (for Mingun ferries) at the end of 26th street 8:30am - Buy Mandalay-to-Mingun ferry ticket (round trip) 9:00am - Departure from Mandalay 10:20am - Arrive at Mingun port 10:25am - Pay Mingun Archeological pass 10:30am - Start of Mingun Walking Tour • Mingun Pahtodawgyi (the world’s largest unfinished pagod) • Settawa Paya Pagoda at ferry landing • Giant elephant statues • Hsinbyume Pagoda (white temple) • Mingun Bell (2nd largest working bell in the world with a weight of 90 tons) 12:30pm - Lunch 1:00pm - Depart from Mingun 1:30pm - Arrive at Mandalay port 📌Expenses (Burmese Kyats with Php equivalents): Grab (Thonebane) to Mingun ferry from hostel - 3,000 (Php103) Mingun ferry - 5,000 (Php173) Mingun pass - 5,000 (Php173) Lunch - 3,500 (Php120) Grab back to hostel - 2,200 (Php76) Total: Php645 ***Thonebane is Myanmar’s version of Tuktuk **My hostel’s location is within the town center along 26th street.
