After ordering a drink, the barista will first offer it to the customer for a taste test after grinding the powder, and only start brewing after confirmation. The brewed coffee is smooth and not bitter, and paired with the homemade Basque cake, it is so pleasant. The store will also randomly serve single cups of coffee, which really makes you feel like you're getting a good deal. Unfortunately, the signature chiffon dish with sea salt and milk cap was sold out that day, so I had to put it on my wishlist and try it next time. The shop is located near the Pier-2 Art Center, so you can stop by for a cup of coffee and a break after shopping.
