[Nara-Naramachi] Japanese sweets at a traditional cafe

I went to "Sakura" because I wanted to eat Yoshino kuzu kuzukiri. It's a traditional Japanese cafe about a 10-minute walk from Nara Station. I took off my shoes and entered the tatami room. When I sat down, there was a courtyard in front of me, a relaxing space. I immediately ordered the kuzukiri I was looking for. Hon-kuzu, which is extracted from the kudzu root of Yoshino kudzu, is highly rare, and this restaurant uses 100% of it. In order to serve freshly made kuzukiri, they make it by hand after ordering. The kuzukiri, which was brought to me with the cool sound of ice clinking, was a beautiful transparent color. I first tried one as it was, and it was smooth and smooth. It was also chewy and elastic. If you add brown sugar syrup to it, it has a refined sweetness and is even more delicious♡ As I slowly ate it while taking photos, the kudzu turned white and the texture changed.
