[Kumanoyu Onsen, Nagano] A large bath where you can enjoy skin-beautifying water🐻♨️

The hot spring at Kumanoyu Hotel has one indoor bath and one open-air bath, which are switched between men and women depending on the day! The indoor bath is a little hot at about 42-43 degrees, but the open-air bath is a little warmer at about 41-42 degrees, probably because it's cold outside, so it was easy to get in!! It contains three of Japan's three major beauty springs: ⚫︎Bicarbonate springs ⚫︎Sulfate springs ⚫︎Sulfur springs and contains a lot of metasilicic acid, so it makes your skin smooth🧖‍♀️ My skin didn't dry out much after the bath, so it seems to be good for moisturizing. #HotSpring #WinterTrip #HotSpringTrip #Nagano
