Lake Yamanaka Fuji

Lake Yamanaka (Japanese: 山中湖; Romaji: Yamanaka-ko) is the largest of the five lakes around Mount Fuji. It is located in Yamanashi Prefecture. The lake is ideal for various outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, water skiing, windsurfing, swimming, and enjoying the view of Mount Fuji. There are also camping facilities available. Lake Yamanaka is part of the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park and is one of the five lakes that were registered as a World Heritage site along with Mount Fuji, Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, and Shiraito Falls under the name 'Fujisan - Sacred Place and Source of Artistic Inspiration.'
