Meals Dinner was a delicious meal made with locally produced ingredients, including Yamagata beef. When making a reservation, you can choose from teppanyaki, sukiyaki, or shabu-shabu for the Yamagata beef. This time of year, it is steamed with wild vegetables and Yamagata's brand pork, Komen no Musumebuta. The rice was "Tsuyahime" and, of course, the sake I chose was "Dewazakura."
