[What to bring] If you search for "Jomon Cedar Trekking" or "Trekking", you will find most of the things you need to bring, but I think that if you have "rain gear", you will be able to manage at the very least~^_^ I have experience in mountain climbing, so I wore hiking boots, but since there are many flat roads, it was not necessarily an environment where trekking shoes were required, but if you are afraid of slipping, I recommend trekking shoes. The downside is that although I had looked at the reviews of the tour itself, it was hard to know who would be the guide, so it depended on the guide you got...
