It gets crowded with locals at lunchtime, so you may have to wait depending on the time of day. The restaurant is spacious, so you can enjoy your meal at your own pace, and there is a parking lot, so it's easy to go. This time I ordered a katsudon and tempura, which were crispy and delicious.
