Each rose is blooming so vigorously that it makes you think they must be well cared for. I come back every year without fail. As it is so popular, it is bound to get crowded in the peak season. There are early and late-blooming roses so you can enjoy them for a long period of time. And the ice cream at Keisei Rose Garden is definitely recommended!
