Songchu Restaurant-Beijing Quanjude Roast Duck opened in Taiwan

I have heard about Beijing roast duck for a long time, and today I finally have the chance to eat it. The roast duck has tender and crispy skin and juicy duck meat. We use the remaining duck bones to make sweet and delicious sauerkraut duck soup. In addition to the roast duck, which needs to be ordered in advance, Chives boxes and garlic-flavored yellow croaker are both hidden menu items. Reservations are required. We ordered a table of food that day. Almost all of the dishes were delicious.
