Encounter the charm of Yongzhou Long Family Courtyard

Yongzhou Long Family Courtyard is located in Hezuoling Village, Jintou Town, Xintian County. It is a AAAA-rated tourist attraction and a traditional Chinese village. This area is the settlement of the descendants of Long Bogao, an Eastern Han governor, with a history spanning over 900 years. The courtyard is designed in a layout of "three halls, nine wells, twenty-four alleys, and forty-eight buildings," featuring gray bricks, black tiles, flying eaves, and intricate wooden brackets, showcasing the architectural style of the Ming and Qing dynasties. Inside the courtyard, there are 128 couplets that reflect agricultural culture and the philosophy of seclusion, along with the "Eight Virtues" family tradition. At the entrance of the village, the crescent-shaped pond resembles a new moon, with crystal-clear water. Visitors can stroll through the ancient alleys, immerse themselves in the historical atmosphere, savor authentic farmhouse cuisine, and stay overnight to enjoy the tranquil rural life accompanied by the sounds of chirping insects and birds.
