The ancient city of Jianchang at night

The ancient city of Jianchang, also known as Xichang ancient city, is located on Shifu Street in Xichang City, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It was founded in the 20th year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1387), and has a history of more than 600 years. In 2021, Xichang comprehensively launched the protection and renewal project of Jianchang ancient city, and promoted the restoration and reconstruction of the ancient city as a whole. It was not until April 29th of this year that the main project of the ancient city was completed. So, in fact, this is a newly built ancient city. In stark contrast to the daytime: at night, the ancient city is brightly lit, glittering with gold, attracting many tourists, and the ancient city seems even more beautiful at night.
