Go to see the mountains, go to see the fog, dance in the mountains

Looking from different angles, the mountains form ridges and peaks, varying in height and distance. Escaping to the mountains during the holidays is a fantastic experience. It's a kind of freedom to temporarily leave the city and the noise behind. Liu and I reached our destination, Xianju Leyu, after a two-hour journey. We booked a room with an amazing view before going, where you can see the mountains and the grassland where weddings are held at the guesthouse; it's a deep interaction between man and nature. I didn't really know what kind of road was waiting for me, what kind of journey it would be. When the high-speed train slowly stopped, there might not be many people left after the holiday, and the good weather made me feel especially good. When entering the mountains, I felt relaxed but also a little nervous, still wondering if it wasn't as good as I had expected, feeling a bit disappointed. But after arriving, it was a pleasant surprise. An independent country house, completely enveloped by stones. There were many small details, an umbrella stand for rain umbrellas, a comfortable sofa at the front desk, a warm fireplace inside, a corridor leading to the dining room, a place for leisure and reading, and through the black door, you could go outside. You could also see the design stairs to the second floor from the dining room. The water feature staircase and the hall decoration in the atrium are my favorite parts of the entire guesthouse. It is said to have won a design award in Japan, and any photo taken there looks great with its streamlined feel. The backyard lawn and fields are wonderful to enjoy with a cup of tea on a camping chair after the rain, breathing in the fresh air. I guess the kids must love the little rabbits and sheep! They can feed them and have a lot of fun. Now, about the room with its own bathtub, the view outside the window is a touch of spring. Surrounded by panoramic glass, sitting by the window is a popular spot for social media check-ins. The whole house is equipped with Xiaomi smart home appliances, and also comes with thoughtful amenities like tea sets and a small refrigerator. The dinner at the guesthouse was local cuisine, served in a side dish format, and opening it was like a surprise blind box. Unexpectedly, the food was really delicious! Especially the braised pork, the chicken soup was very fresh, and the chicken feet were so good with rice that I even asked the auntie for more!! The vegetables were really fresh, grown in their own garden. About the service From check-in to dining, the young man and the auntie at the guesthouse were especially nice, very patient and enthusiastic, and they even offered us more food in case we weren't full. Because I was in a hurry and forgot to bring facial cleanser, the guesthouse sister kindly found some for me. The next day's breakfast was also rich, with milk, mixed grains, porridge with refreshing side dishes, eggs, grilled sausages, and Taizhou's special wheat cakes which were really tasty. After a short rest after eating, we set off on the return journey. I will definitely come back again!
