Address: Haotian Pagoda, also known as Duobao Pagoda and Liangxiang Pagoda, is located on Liaoshigang (inside Haotian Park) near Dongguan Village, Gongchen Street (formerly Liangxiang District), Fangshan District, Beijing. 2. Overview: Duobao Pagoda is a Liao Dynasty building. It is a hollow five-story building. Brick and wood structure. It is 47.05 meters high and has an octagonal plan. The base of the Sumeru pedestal is carved with brick flowers, and inside the pot door there are standing and sitting Buddha statues. There is a lion carved on the door of the pot. There are arch doors on the east, south, west and north sides of each floor of the tower, and there are Buddhist niches in the arch doors. The other four sides have false windows with straight lattices. The eaves of each floor are decorated with brackets with imitation wooden structures. There are corridors on each floor. There are stairs from the first floor that go straight to the top of the tower around the center, and you can also circle around the tower. There are observation holes in the corridors on each floor, leading from the inside to the outside. It is said that it played a military role during the war between Song and Liao. Below the pagoda top is a Sumeru pedestal, on which are placed eight large brick lotus petals. In the middle of the lotus petals are two layers of circular stacked pagoda bodies with precious beads placed on top. 3.
