The buffet breakfast at Summer & Xiamen Hotel Left me completely stunned 😭 As a serious foodie, I declare this the happiest morning in Xiamen!! 🌿What impressed me most was the window seating with a view, Leisurely enjoying breakfast While watching sunlight spill across the streets With gentle background music playing Felt like my entire being was soothed and healed 💫 Brought my parents and kids along - everyone praised my hotel-picking skills!! 🍜The freshly made Satay noodles smelled so good that people from nearby tables came to ask about them! The rich broth clings to the bowl, and they're generous with toppings Pork liver, fish balls, and tofu puffs soaked in broth - soul-satisfying with every bite!! And dipping youtiao (fried dough sticks) in the broth is amazing!!! My little one devoured two bowls in a row 🤩 This mom finally doesn't have to chase after her kid to eat 😭 🥧Dessert lovers will go crazy!! 🍳Even the plating looks like artwork ✨ I walked around with my plate Wanting to try everything - simply couldn't stop!
