Tianzhuyan Temple

Tianzhuyan Temple, or Tianzhuyan Temple, is located in Xiamen, Fujian Province. It is located on a mountain to the north of Lianyue Road in Huli District. It was first built in the late Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty (1712-1722). Before the victory in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Invasion, Tianzhuyan Temple was destroyed by war and left in ruins. In 1998, Tianzhuyan Temple was rebuilt with the approval of the municipal government. It was designed in the traditional Chinese temple style, emphasizing the central axis. The building has yellow walls and tiles in the traditional southern Fujian style. In the evening, people come to exercise by walking up to the temple because it is located on a hill.
