Shuzhuang Garden

Located on Gulangyu Island, Shuzhuang Garden was built in 1913. Originally the private garden of Taiwanese tycoon Lin Erjia, it is divided into two parts: Bushan Garden and Canghai Garden. The main scenic spots include Sishiqiao (Forty-Four Bridge), Shi’er Dongtian (Twelve Caves of Heaven), Dieshi Shanfang (Rock-Stacking Mountain House), and Renqiu Pavilion. The pavilions, terraces, and open halls of the entire scenic area complement the vast sea, creating a compact, unique, and beautiful landscape. Tickets for Shuzhuang Garden are 30 yuan. There is a Piano Museum inside. It takes about 1–2 hours to tour.
