Hot dish: Korean barbecue, the same as in the store, you can add dipping sauce and wrap it with coriander. It tastes good, but a little old. We had grilled squid and beef on the barbecue, but we don’t eat mutton. I suggest you order some pork skewers. After all, many people in southern Fujian don’t eat beef or mutton, and pork is relatively cheap. The grilled steak was average. The pork neck was overcooked and tough, and even someone like me with good teeth had a hard time chewing it. Braised salmon, beef rolls, etc., the taste is pretty good. Longdan Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles, just eat the soup and a little bit of fish. Drinks: The duck heart soup was good. The beverages were mainly grape juice, which was ok. In summary, solid ones are not tasty, while liquid or pudding-like ones are tasty. Raw and cold food: No salmon, but I ate some tuna and dace. The two types of shrimp, especially the Macrobrachium rosenbergii, are very good. Noodles: The beef noodle soup is good, but the noodles need to be improved. Fruit: I don’t eat it, but it looks good quality. Although it's far from home, I will go there again next time. When eating buffets in Xiamen, I personally rarely get my money's worth. Hyatt makes me feel at ease eating there, and it is one of the few buffet hotels that I like. There are seafood, Japanese food, Western steaks and lamb chops, soups and stews, desserts, fruits, cold dishes, and drinks. The quality standards are all high at a glance. There is a seafood pool where you can catch your favorite seafood and give it to the chef to cook. It is safer to eat it right after it is cooked, and the taste is better. The desserts include soufflé made to order, which is very much to my taste. The matcha and raspberry ones are both very good. The fruits are very fresh, and there is a large basin of rare ginseng fruits for you to choose from. I especially recommend the yellow croaker. I ate 3 of them, and two yellowfin croakers. The meat was so tender and fresh!
