Experience of staying at Xiamen Pan Pacific Hotel

I stayed at this hotel for GHA membership and stamp collection. As an old hotel with a low sense of existence, its location and price are probably the only advantages. With a titanium card, you can upgrade to an executive room with lounge treatment for just over 500. The hotel has a maximum of 29 floors, and the executive floors start from the 23rd floor. They are served by a single elevator. The concierge service and CI professionalism are quite good. Although there are interns, there are old staff members on the side, so from getting off the car to checking in and then leaving the hotel, there are basically no problems. The only problem was that after I checked in, I used the executive treatment to send laundry, and the front desk made a recognition error because the information was not updated. Of course, the location and service are the only things that many old hotels that have not been renovated for a long time can show off. The public area of the hotel is really nothing to say. It is small and filled with various seamless shops. It feels completely different from many new hotels. There is a gym and outdoor swimming pool on the 3rd floor, both of which are small but basically equipped. They are not open 24 hours. This time I upgraded to an executive room on the 23rd floor, with an area of about 40 square meters and a side sea view. There is a semi-transparent screen between the entrance and the bed that can maintain some privacy. The small curved desk with an ergonomic chair is enough for typing. The mini bar has a capsule coffee machine with 2 capsules, and the welcome fruit plate is pretty good. The bathroom is very old, but it's better than Marco Polo's, at least there is an independent bathtub, and the hygiene is not a problem. But there is only a single sink and a regular toilet. The spare parts are from Balmains, which seems to be the same brand as Grand Hyatt? It's quite neat. There should have been a bed opening service but it didn't come. However, the rights of the titanium card are still guaranteed. But I really don't want to come to this house again. Compared with Marco Polo, it lacks a lot of historical precipitation, and it's good to just check in.
