The Ritz-Carlton Xi'an

Overall: The best hotel in Xi'an. I just moved here from the Hyatt, and the difference is like night and day. The Ritz-Carlton is always a good choice. Location: Located at the Ganjiacun subway station, next to the famous luxury apartment Zhongda No. 9, which is priced at CNY 100,000 per square meter. It's the best in Xi'an, and I can't help but marvel at the rich people everywhere. Overall, the location is not particularly outstanding, but it's not far from the attractions. Facilities: The facilities at the Ritz-Carlton are also very good. The overall decor is wood-colored, but very textured, and the public areas and rooms are decorated with landscape patterns. Other: I used the USD 50 credit at the Chinese restaurant, which specializes in Cantonese cuisine. I chose local dishes from a bunch of Cantonese dishes, including half a portion of aspic, half a portion of lamb chops, and half a portion of Shaanxi stew. Overall, the taste was good, but not amazing. Half portions are very friendly for one person, and the service is excellent. I paid an extra few dozen yuan and was very full. Breakfast: Very good quality, but there were so many guests that I had to queue to enter. The only problem I found during my stay was that the body lotion was empty after I took a shower, which was a bit of a mistake on the part of the housekeeping staff. Recreational facilities: Excellent! The dry and wet steam areas in the locker room are large and very comfortable, and the gym is spacious. The pool is large, but there were too many people, and many children were swimming, so it was not a good time to go into the water. Overall, the best hotel in Xi'an.
