Located in the south of Baoshi Village, southeast of Ziwuzhen, Chang'an District, about 8 km from the mountain pass, the entire waterfall freezes in the deep winter, creating a stunning view that attracts tourists to stop and take photos. The water flows into ice columns, resembling wheat ears and corn, with a height of 40 meters, a base diameter of about 10 meters, and a middle diameter of 7 meters, forming a spectacular sight. 1️⃣ The road from Ziwuzhen to Baolongyu is in good condition, with no snow or ice, allowing vehicles of all sizes to pass without any issues. 2️⃣ At the Baolongyu checkpoint, vehicles are not allowed to pass, but tourists can walk up. 3️⃣ If you have the stamina, you can walk along the mountain road to the icefall, where the scenery is excellent. 4️⃣ The temperature in the mountains is not as cold as expected, and a thick down jacket is sufficient. 5️⃣ There are several slopes for skiing along the way, so it's best to bring a snowboard, or you'll only be able to watch others play. 🚉 Transportation Guide: Navigation: Baolongyu Waterfall.
