As it just opened, the environment is great. I checked in late at night, but the hotel arranged a greeter, and the service was great. The room conditions are no worse than other Hyatt hotels in Xi'an, and I even think it can surpass some hotels of a higher level. This proves that the idea of "stay at a new hotel, not an old one" is reasonable. 2. Specific Experience 1. Location (20%, 6.5 points) The hotel is not in a great location. It's around Zhangba Road, and the transportation is not very convenient. You have to take a taxi to most tourist attractions, but it's easy to get a taxi. However, it's a good location for business travelers. 2. Service (20%, 9 points) The hotel service is very good, especially Nancy's warm reception and detailed introduction, which left a deep impression on me. Overall, all the staff are very warm and thoughtful, and very professional. Surprisingly, although the hotel is a Centric brand, which is more like an express hotel, there is a concierge to help with luggage in the early morning, which is very considerate. 3. Public Area (10%, 7 points) The hotel doesn't have a swimming pool, but the high lobby on the first floor is very beautiful. The hotel owner is Mercedes-Benz, so there is a coffee table made of Mercedes-Benz wheels in the public area on the first floor, which is very unique.
