Many years later, I started to enjoy visiting various hotels and learned that there is a Legend hotel in China, and it's the only one. So, when I went to Xi'an, I couldn't miss it. - ✨The Sofitel Legend People's Grand Hotel Xi'an was formerly the People's Mansion, built in 1953. Although it has a French architectural style, it was originally built to accommodate Soviet experts. Time has passed, and now, in front of the revolving door of Building 1 of the People's Mansion, you can still see a butler in a black tailcoat, and the Tang Dynasty lady sculptures on the second floor gaze through the crystal chandelier at the ancient city's distant past. - ✨I've been to two hotels with their own museums. One is the White Swan Hotel in Guangzhou, and the other is the Legend Hotel in Xi'an. I love looking at the old photos on the walls. They have a warm feeling. It's said that there is a tree in the garden of this Legend Hotel that was personally planted by Premier Zhou Enlai. I forgot to look for it, but when I stayed there in the fall, the ginkgo trees behind Building 1 turned yellow, making it hard to leave. Next time I go, I'll make sure to look for that piece of history.
