You can quickly reach the Drum Tower by going through the underground passage of the Bell Tower and finding Starbucks. It's also close to the subway station; from Exit 6 of the Bell Tower station, walk straight for about 3 minutes to reach the hotel entrance. There are also many places to stroll around, such as Luomashi Pedestrian Street, Kaiyuan Shopping Mall, and the area around the Drum Tower. The hotel offers afternoon tea, available from 11 am to 10 pm, with a variety of pastries, although not too many. The 6th floor, where the afternoon tea is served, has free mineral water. 2. Attractions Checked in at noon on the first day and visited the Bell and Drum Towers. The Drum Tower performances start at 2 pm, with shows on the hour, and the last one at 5 pm. In the evening, I strolled through Luomashi Pedestrian Street. Since I was with a child, the schedule was relatively relaxed. The next day, I joined a local tour group for a day trip to the Terracotta Army and Huaqing Pool. In the morning, I visited Huaqing Pool, and after lunch, I watched the situational drama 'The Reviving Legion,' which tells the story of the State of Qin conquering the State of Chu during the Warring States period. The Qin emperor implemented a policy where households with three men had to send two to the army, and those with two men had to send one. The drama revolves around two brothers, Jing and Heifu, from their enlistment to their deaths in battle... It's worth watching. The ticket price for the performance is 298 yuan per person, with free admission for children under 1.2 meters. A friendly reminder: be careful not to trip during the scene changes, as it can get crowded. In the afternoon, I visited the Terracotta Army. It's essential to follow the guide for explanations; otherwise, it just looks like a bunch of clay figures. On the third morning, I visited the City Wall and the Stele Forest Museum. We entered the City Wall from Yongning Gate and walked a section before descending to the Stele Forest Museum. If time allows, you can consider cycling along the City Wall. In the afternoon, I watched the performance 'Camel Bell Legend,' a story revolving around the Silk Road. The ticket price is 278 yuan per person, with free admission for children under 1.2 meters. Even if you're seated in the back rows, around the 30th row, it's still worth a visit. After the performance, I headed straight to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. There's a fountain show at 7 pm in the North Square of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. In the evening, I visited the Tang Paradise, which was quite crowded. Be mindful of your belongings. The next morning, I visited the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and listened to the guide's explanations. In the afternoon, I returned by train. I booked the train ticket late and only managed to get a high-speed train ticket for 12:39 pm. I suggest buying tickets a few days in advance to get a more relaxed schedule, perhaps for a train around 3 or 4 pm. I didn't manage to reserve tickets for the Shaanxi History Museum, and I didn't go to see 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' at Huaqing Pool because I was with a child in the evening. For food, you can visit Yongxingfang, which is quite distinctive. For ladies who like to wear Tang costumes, leave some time for dressing up and taking photos. Makeup can take more than an hour, so consider renting a Tang costume for a day. You can see many beautiful women in Tang costumes on the streets. There are still many attractions in Xi'an that I didn't have time to visit. After all, it's an ancient capital of thirteen dynasties, with a rich history and cultural heritage.
